Hi,
For a few years my husband had wanted a boxer, I wasn't very fond of the
idea but I finally broke down and got him one when I fell in love with this
cutest rolly polly at the Pet Pro Life adoption clinic. We adopted Major through
Pet Pro life in December of 2002, I got him as a Christmas gift for my
husband. What a lucky find he was for us.
We will always be grateful that we were able to adopt him and make him part
of our family.
From the day we brought him home he has been a joy to us, always bright,
playful and obedient (well, obedient most of the time). He is 85 pounds of
pure love and, although he isn't small, he still thinks he's a lap dog.
I was going through some of my old papers and found the original
adoption paperwork. On the back of a card was the name of his foster. I tried calling her a few times but I was never able to get through to her. I'm wondering if
she is still a foster parent with Pet Pro Life. I was told that
before we got Major (that's what we
call him now, but at the time he was named "Marc Anthony"), she and her family
were
raising him, and her daughter truly loved him. One of the workers at Pet Pro
Life told me that she and her family would love to
know that "Marc Anthony" went to a good home.
I'm sending you a picture of Major and, as you can see, he has
grown into a beautiful dog. He is
very much loved and
very much
spoiled.
